Yearly Registration Fee:
$45 for first child; $40 for second child; $100 for the family. Registration fees are non-refundable.
Dance Class Tuition:
Our dance year includes lessons from September to June and is divided into 10 equal monthly payments. We use
"Auto Pay" for monthly tuition. No refunds are given for tuition or registration fees. We do not pro-rate or
refund tuition based on missed classes or poor attendance. You may make up missed classes within 2 months.

Music Lesson Tuition (Privates):
Our full music year includes 34 lessons fro September to June and is divided into 9 equal monthly payments. We
use "Auto Pay" for monthly tuition. Tuition is automatically paid on the 25th of each month from August thru May
through either a checking account (echeck) or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express). No
refunds are given for tuition or registration fees. We do not pro-rate or refund tuition based on missed classes
or poor attendance. Private lessons are allowed 2 make up lessons per teaching year and will be scheduled
based on teacher, student, and space availability. Typically, holiday breaks and schedule gaps are used for make
up lessons.
Private music lessons are $29/lesson for 30 minutes. The full teaching year of 34 lessons is $986 for the year, or
$109.50 in 9 monthly payments.
Music students can begin lessons at any time of the teaching year. Monthly tuition is determined by multiplying
the number of lessons remaining in the year by $29 (tuition per lesson), and divided by the number of remaining
months.
Student Withdrawals:
Dance & music require a 2 month minimum of lessons. This is necessary to give the classes a fair chance, allow us
to work with the student, and possibly try another class. After this, we only need 14 days notice to drop from a
class. The withdrawal must be done in person, in writing, with a desk staff member (not a teacher). A simple
drop form is used and your scheduled Auto Pay is stopped immediately. Auto Pay schedules are not suspended
until written notice is submitted. No dance withdrawals after April are possible.
Dance Revue Fees:
Yearly dance revue fees are determined and distributed by October. The fee is an all inclusive fee that includes
the appropriate number of costumes for your child's class, production costs, venue rental, security, scenery,
lighting, a recital T-shirt, 3 tickets to the show, and a DVD of the entire show. Fees are broken into 4 payments
due in November, December, January, and February. All costumes are ordered over the Thanksgiving break.
Music Recital Fee:
Our music recital is optional and low-pressure. The participation fee is kept to a minimum (approximately $40) to
cover the venue rental. We ask that guests bring non-perishable food donations which are for the local food
bank. Participation fees are due in April.
Notes:
- Tuition is automatically paid on the 25th of each month from August thru May through either a checking account (echeck)
or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express).
- It is the account holder's responsibility to keep payment information up to date.
- After the 5th of the month, unpaid tuition will have a $15 late fee added.
- Echecks rejected for insufficient funds will also have a $25 NSF fee added.
- Declined credit cards will have a $10 fee added.
